Reservation Policies and Notices
- Reservations are reserved for families and couples (both people must be 25 or older).
- Management reserves the right to assign room location.
- All prices are cash payment quotes.
- DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: A deposit of one day’s rental per week is required to confirm reservation. Rooms are held until 6 pm. If checking in after 6 pm please call the front desk.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit is refundable only if notified 21 days in advance. Minus a 25% service charge on all cancellations. No refunds for early departure.
- PAYMENT PROCEDURES: Checks accepted up to 3 weeks before arrival date. The balance is payable in full before occupancy in traveler’s check, cash, credit card, postal money orders or certified checks. ($25.00 fee for returned check)
- PARKING: Parking is strictly limited to one car per unit.
- NO PETS: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
- NO SMOKING: All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning charge may be assessed if there is evidence of smoking in your room.
- Please Note: The Attaché is privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Misrepresentation voids reservation. All reservations are subject to confirmation and to conditions beyond our control.
